trailed up to the back end of the city, to an industrial estate where the final kitchen company hang out - and finally agreed the kitchen. This has taken months, and will still take a couple more to get it all done. Still, decision made.

We think the house next door is going on the market. The owner (unknown and secretive) bought at the top of the market. the rent must pay only a fraction of the mortgage (my guess is less than half) and he had taken mortgage for everything, including the legal costs, which is not bright allowing the market had obviously come close to the top. So now he is probably in negative equity - and the wanker is totally screwed.
